As you guys can probably tell, I’ve sort of given up on this blog. I’ve found other things to do with my time, and I’ve finally decided to just let this blog go offically. Its been fun, really, but I just don’t have the time or will to keep this up anymore. The blog and forums will remain online, so feel free keep checking in here if you need some information. Who knows? Maybe this blog will reboot in a year or two. :P

That’s right! KayleeBanana’s Build-A-Bearville Help is getting a makeover! Enjoy several brand new features – like our cool new layout – and revamped old ones.

To celebrate our new blog, we’re holding an art contest to win a code for a crown. This item is only available by entering a code from a paper crown that was offered in Build-A-Bear Workshop. How To Get To The Bearville Outfitters’ Roof

Another pawsome viewer question has showed up in my stats – how do you get to the roof of the Bearville Outfitter’s store? To reach the roof, go to Town Square and then you can either jump on the trampoline to the left of the Bearville Outfitters building OR click on the blue banner on the top of the Bear Stuff store building.

How To Order Food At The Coffee Shop

If you are hungry in BABV, stop by the Coffee Shop for a delicious snack! When you first sit down in a chair, a menu should pop up that will ask you if you wish to order anything. Click, the ‘I would like to order’ button and then select up to three items from the menu. Once you have placed your order, click the ‘Summon Waiter’ button below the order boxes and wait until an available waiter can prepare your food. Once you have a waiter, you will have an opportunity to recieve a discount on your order. Fill the meter at the bottom of the screen by tapping the correct buttons and recieve 50% off of you bill!

How To Serve Food At The Coffee Shop

As a waiter in BABV, you are able to serve food to hungry customers during your shift. To serve a customer, start your shift by clicking on the green ‘time-in’ clock. Then wait for a customer. Once a character has selected an order, an ‘!’ will appear above their head. The first waiter to click on the ‘!’ will serve that customer and earn Bear Bills.

How To Get A Shift At The Coffee Shop

You can now sign up for a shift and earn Bear Bills at the Coffee Shop! To start working, simply click on the green clock on the right wall above the cash register. If it is your first time being a server, you will recieve your waiter’s outfit and go through a tutorial that will explain how the process works. Once you have gone through the tutorial, you will be able to work at the Coffee Shop whenever you want!

How To Use The Color Wheel

Another great viewer question has popped up – how do you use the color wheel? The color wheel is located on the right hand side of the screen and can be used to color items in stores throughout BABV as well as some games, like Bear-2-Bear Racing. To select a color, rotate the wheel by clicking on the arrows located on the left side or use your mouse to drag the wheel in a circle. Use the bar in the center of the wheel to lighten or darken the selected color

How To Change Your Backpack Color

You can change the color of your backpack in either the Jr. Cybear Guide store of the Pawlette Coufur Boutique, under the ‘backpacks’ category. Backpacks currently only come in one style and are 1000 Bear Bills each. It is unknown yet if you can have multiple backpacks or if you can trade them.

How to Change Your VIB Backpack Design

Are you a VIB? If you are, you get to choose a pawsome new backpack design. To change your backpack, enter the Bearville Outfitters store in Town Square and go to the first floor. Next to the check out desk is a rack of backpacks that glow when a cursor moves over them. Click on the rack and pick out your new backpack. Pawsome!

How Do You Rotate Items?

Yet another great view question has been asked – how do you rotate items inside of your Cub Condo? To rotate an item, enter your Cub Condo and click on the chair button in the middle of the left hand side of the screen. Then move your cursor over a piece of furniture, then click. A small menu will pop up next to the item. Click on the round arrow button to select the angle of rotation. Click on an angle, and your item will rotate!
